  • Use of our Beautiful Ceremony Area (an indoor backup plan will be utilized, in case of bad weather)

• Your choice of one of our Ceremony Backdrops: Triangle, Eternity Ring, Wood Arbor, Chapel

~ Wedding Day Coordinator & Wedding Day Decorator can be booked for an additional fee.

Date Availability & Hours

~ Monday thru Thursday: available to book anytime

~ Friday thru Sunday: ONLY available to book 60 days out

~ Time Choices: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. OR 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

~ Four Hours = $1500 Monday -Thursday (from setup time to leave the property within 4 hours)

~ Four hours = $2500 Friday - Sunday (from setup time to leave the property within 4 hours) ONLY if we have the weekend available 60 days out.

~ Twin Lakes Requires:

• ONE DAY Insurance

• Bartender & Security, if serving alcohol.

Ceremony ONLY 1-Hour Option

~Ceremony ONLY Option: Available for $700

~ One Hour = $700 Monday-Thursday (from setup time to exit the property)

~ $1,000 Friday thru Sunday: ONLY available to book 60 days out

~ Inclusions for the All-Venue-Inclusive package - NOT INCLUDED!

~ Does Include:

• Use of our Beautiful Ceremony Area (an indoor backup plan will be utilized, in case of bad weather)

• Your choice of one of our Ceremony Backdrops: Triangle, Eternity Ring, Wood Arbor, Chapel

ALL-VENUE-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: PLEASE NOTE: the following inclusions are NOT available for the Ceremony Only Option

~ Access to use the bridal and groom suites.

~ No extra fees for Tables, Chairs, and White/Black Linens.

~ Access to outdoor photo op locations for incredible wedding day photos.

~ White single-tier cake for the bride & groom (small plates & forks)

~ Water & Tea (cups & ice)

~ Decor over 4000 pieces from our something borrowed inventory

~ Pre-arranged Bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere, arbor florals

~ Up to 50 of your family and close friends

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The venue charge is 50% down and additional balances are due 30 days before the wedding

• We can recommend a few DJ’s, based on your budget

• All-Venue-Inclusive package is not available for the Ceremony Only Option.

• We can recommend several respected photographers, or you can bring your own!
