(ONLY if available 60 days to wedding) Rehearsal Day 3:00 pm-9:00 pm. Wedding Day 9:00 am - 11:30 pm, with everyone (and possessions) vacated off of the premises by 11:59 pm. If it is a holiday weekend, please add $500.

So Many Things (You’ll Love!) Are Already Included:

  • Event Team: available from the moment you tour our facility until the end of your event. (not including DJ, catering, decorating, etc.).

  • White or Black eloquent floor-length tablecloths provided a savings of around $500. (specialty tablecloths are extra cost).

  • ’Something Borrowed’ Inventory - We offer a unique option for couples getting married at our venue to use any of the following inventory items for free on their wedding day. If damaged the cost will be taken out of the damage fee. Please note that these items may not be taken off-site and are not available to rent for use outside of our venue. Please note that because many of these items are one of a kind, it is possible that they could be broken or accidentally taken by another wedding. We will do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but please note inventory may vary slightly. 

  • Set up/Clean up services at the end of your event (11:59 p.m.)

  • *Private Bridal Suite.

  • *Private Groom Suite.

  • *Kitchen - Choose your own licensed caterer to bring out food, set it up, and serve it for the wedding reception.

  • *Vendor recommendations or choose your own, be as DIY as you prefer, or let us help you choose one.

  • *Manicured lawns & landscaped

  • *Engagement & bridal photo access to the venue with your photographer: 2 hours at the venue (by appointment)

  • *Play area with over-sized games


Indoor/Outdoor reception space because hey – it’s Texas

Ceremony wedding areas to choose from: Western Sky (SW, pond, benches, chairs), Forever Begins Today (e.g. wood double doors, benches, chairs)… included

Large outdoor/indoor covered patio includes pub-style wine barrel tables and chairs, sitting area, and lounge areas.

Outdoor/indoor: dance floor with stage & bars with inside bar cooler

Tables & Chairs: round tables, rectangle tables, mahogany wood padded chairs, benches, and white plastic chairs for guests booked. Layout change by Friday of the week before the event… included


 

Not Included:

**ALL alcohol has to be provided by the Bride & Groom ONLY** Alcohol brought in by guests will NOT be permitted. (For more information, please contact the Twin Lakes Team)

Required: One-Day Event Insurance: Day-of-event insurance is required for liability purposes. You can also add coverage for unforeseen circumstances like cancellation and postponement in the application, but that part is optional. This must be purchased through our day-of event insurance provider, Nuptial, who will reach out to you directly, shortly after your booking via text and email. For us to make it very quick and simple for you, and to ensure that what you have exactly meets your contract requirements, no substitutions or exceptions are permitted. If you've already booked and haven't been contacted by Nuptial, please complete this form for your event.

Optional: Professional Day-of Coordinator is so important so you can relax + enjoy your day. (A $1000 payment for this service is due upon arrival). We kindly request that only our in-house wedding coordinators be utilized for wedding planning purposes.

Optional: Decorating Wedding TL Team Day only $800 (all outside floral decorations must be pre-made when you bring them)

Optional - Optional: BASIC DRINK PACKAGE includes water and another selected beverage before the ceremony AND then water/tea after your caterers leave. All supplies include drink dispensers, cups, water/tea, sweet & low, and ice.

Security guards’ cost is $450 for two guards, 5-hour minimum guards have to be on duty from the start of alcohol to the last person that leaves the parking lot. (if alcohol is served) ($45 per hour after 5 hrs. for each guard) Click here for important information

Bar Service with Galleria Bar: $330 for 4 hours. The last call for alcohol will be 15 minutes to the end of your 4th hour. 5 hours maximum on alcohol: NO BEER BOTTLES, KEGS, SHOTS, DOUBLE SHOTS IN DRINKS, OR COOLERS. Bride & Groom or parents of the bride/groom will bring all the alcohol, no outside alcohol. If liquor is served additional cost is $50. (if you would like more information on kegs Click Here) Bartenders do have the right to refuse service, This policy is in place to ensure the safety of guests, prevent potential legal issues, and uphold the licensing requirements of the establishment.
