Listed below are the available dates and times for applicable meetings:

1Hour ~ Rehearsal ONLY for TL Coordinator N/A if you are a 2-day rental

1 Hour ~ TL Coordinator or 1 Hour ~ Decorator Meeting (must have décor list emailed before the meeting)

Engagement/Bridal Photoshoot Appointments (Tuesday Only)

OPENS HOUSE: Will be offered 2 times a year (look at decorations, floor plans, tablecloths). Vendors and Wedding Day Helpers are welcome! Please do not bring children (they get bored)! RSVP is required.

ENGAGEMENT/BRIDAL PHOTOSHOOT: Tuesdays ONLY for booked couple’s bridal/engagement pictures from 6:30-8:00 pm check below.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR OR DECORATOR MEETING: THESE ARE A 1-HOUR MEETING: Meet our Wedding Day Coordinators book now however, the date must be within 6 weeks of your wedding. (must have spreadsheet & décor list emailed before the meeting)

Please note that these are special times for our couples chosen this package. Your online planner MUST be completed before this meeting. We suggest scheduling this meeting as soon as possible BEFORE your wedding to FINALIZE any timeline or decoration details. These appointments tend to be booked quickly, so choose a day that would work for you and your wedding team before the Big Day! If there are no evening dates available, you must book a time during the day.

1-HOUR REHEARSAL ONLY FOR TL WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR: Please note that this availability is only for the Thursday before your wedding and is 1 hour ONLY. We will begin the rehearsal AT your appointment time, whether everyone is there or not. Being on time for this appointment is crucial! (YOU DO NOT NEED THIS IF YOU HAVE A 2-DAY OPTION)

(these are a 1-hour meeting for the coordinator & 1-hour meeting for the decorator). - We suggest scheduling this appointment & within 6 weeks of your wedding and have completed the spreadsheet & or decoration list.

We have other appointments and will not be able to start early or late for your appointment. - You will NOT be able to bring in any items for your wedding day, such as decorations, clothing, etc. - These appointments are ONLY available for the Thursday BEFORE your wedding. 1.5 HOURS ONLY! We don't move furniture off backdrops due to setting up weddings for the week.
