Event Team: available from the moment you tour our facility until the end of your event. (not including DJ, catering, decorating, etc.).

White or Black eloquent floor-length tablecloths. (specialty tablecloths are available for rent).

Click here! ’SOMETHING BORROWED' INVENTORY - We offer a unique option for couples getting married at our venue to use any of the following inventory items for free on their wedding day. If damaged the cost will be taken out of the damage fee. Please note that these items may not be taken off-site and are not available to rent for use outside of our venue. Please note that because many of these items are one of a kind, it is possible that they could be broken or accidentally taken by another wedding. We will do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but please note inventory may vary slightly. 

Set-up/Clean-up services at the end of your event (11:59 pm)

*Choose your caterer for setup and service for the wedding reception.

*Vendor recommendations or choose your own, be as DIY as you prefer, or let us help you choose one.

*Engagement & bridal photo access to the venue with your photographer: 2 hours at the venue (by appointment)

Multiple ceremony wedding areas to choose from: Western Sky (SW. pond, we have 3 backdrops to choose from or bring your own backdrop) Forever Begins Today (double doors, pond, facing east), The Gazebo (gazebo, pond south), Inside Love on the Patio (curtain backdrop), Inside The Steeple.

Large outdoor/indoor covered patio includes pub-style wine barrel tables and chairs, sitting area, and lounge areas.

2 Outdoor & and 1 indoor: dance floors with small stage & 2 bars with inside bar cooler plus mobile bar.

Tables & Chairs: round tables, wood farmhouse rectangle tables, rectangle tables, mahogany wood padded chairs, benches, white plastic chairs for guests booked. Layout change by Friday of the week before the event.

Not Included IN THE VENUE COST:

REQUIRED if you are having alcohol: 2 Security guards’ 5-hour minimum. Click here for important information

REQUIRED if you are having alcohol: 2 bar staff. ADDITIONAL UPCHARGE FOR SERVING MIXED DRINKS. The last call for alcohol will be 15 minutes to the end of your 4th hour. 6 hours maximum on alcohol. The bride/groom or parents are required to bring the alcohol. NO BYOB, NO CASH BAR (we are a dry county), BEER BOTTLES, KEGS, SHOTS. Click here for important information. Bartenders do have the right to refuse service, This policy is in place to ensure the safety of guests, prevent potential legal issues, and uphold the licensing requirements of the establishment.

Optional: Professional Day-of Coordinator So important so you can relax + enjoy your day. (A $1000 payment for this service is due upon arrival). We kindly request that only our in-house wedding coordinators be utilized for wedding planning purposes.

Optional: Decorating Wedding TL Team Day only $800 (all outside floral decorations must be pre-made when you bring them)

REQUIRED: One-Day Event Insurance: Day-of-event insurance is required for liability purposes. You can also add coverage for unforeseen circumstances like cancellation and postponement in the application, but that part is optional. This must be purchased through our day-of event insurance provider, Nuptial, who will reach out to you directly, shortly after your booking via text and email. For us to make it very quick and simple for you, and to make sure that what you have exactly meets your contract requirements, no substitutions or exceptions are permitted. If you've already booked and haven't been contacted by Nuptial, please complete this form for your event. (Please note that we also require a $500 damage fee check when you arrive. This will not be deposited and will be returned after the wedding. It covers things that insurance does not: examples are sparklers, getting in the pond, getting on our equipment, etc.)

Optional: BASIC DRINK PACKAGES which include water and another selected beverage before the ceremony AND then water/tea after your caterers leave. All supplies include drink dispensers, cups, water/tea, sweet & low, and ice.
