Please note - we do require one-day event insurance to protect the couple from unforeseen circumstances, one-day event insurance is around $225-$245 and for proof of that Insurance Policy click here. (pandemic circumstances and cancellations will not be covered by any insurance at this time, fireworks/sparklers are not covered) A $500 damage fee is not deposited and covers things that insurance does not cover.

Do you plan on having alcohol?

(if yes you are required to have a bartender/security. We will set up the security and you will have two bar companies to choose from. You can have one toast without bartender/security CASH ONLY) 1. NO shots, double shots in your drinks, glass bottles, or kegs! ALL alcohol must be brought in and taken out by the bride/groom or parents of the bride/groom. If a guest happens to do this, then Twin Lakes does have the right to ask them to leave the premises. This does apply to both rehearsal night and wedding day. Bartenders do have the right to refuse service, This policy is in place to ensure the safety of guests, prevent potential legal issues, and uphold the licensing requirements of the establishment.

As it’s your wedding day we believe that trust and service go hand-in-hand. **95% book with our decoration team. Don't miss out on being able to book this option! We kindly request that only our in-house wedding coordinators be utilized for wedding planning purposes. Utilizing in-house wedding day coordinators can ensure better coordination and communication throughout the planning process.

Twin Lakes clean-up and bussing the tables will be available as a cash add-on for $200

NO (You must provide a designated adult who is responsible for stocking/refiling drinks and food items throughout the meal. You must ensure that the catering area is cleaned, tables are bussed, and catering area trash is disposed of within 2 hours of your exit. DAMAGE: If any damage occurs to Twin Lakes property, supplies then you are responsible to replace the item. If you do not, there will be a $200 fee taken out of your damage fee check for Twin Lakes to complete the task.)
