Meet Jane ~ Coordinator
Welcome! I’m Jane, the proud owner of Twin Lakes Wedding and Event Center. I was born and raised in Wales UK. I moved here in 1981. I became a US citizen in 2015. I have a lot of stories about becoming a citizen if you ever want to sit down with me! I am married to my soul mate of 32 years, he was born a cotton farmer. We have three amazing children, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, and one girlfriend, one beautiful strong-willed granddaughter Bryer & two amazing grandsons Brentz & Ryker. I love what I do and want everyone to be part of our family.
Meet Kaleen Wedding Day Coordinator
Hi guys! I’m Kaleen Estes! I’m still getting used to my new last name as I’ve recently got married at Twin Lakes! I grew up in Seminole, TX, and went to Texas Tech University and I never left Lubbock! I’m a West Texas girl through and through. I’m currently a teacher and through planning my wedding, I realized how much I enjoyed the process, especially with the help of Jane and her team! I was blown away by how kind and helpful they were and I knew right away I wanted to join the team and help other brides! I’m so excited to start this journey and help with all the beautiful weddings at Twin Lakes!
Meet Bailey Wedding Day Coordinator
I am Bailey VanAtta! I am an SEO specialist at Your Web Pro- a website company! I was born and raised in Hobbs, NM, I then moved to Lubbock for Texas Tech. I graduated from TTU in 2022 with a bachelor’s in media and communications! I want to be a wedding coordinator because I just got married on 10-22-2023. After planning my wedding I knew that I loved it even though it can be overwhelming, which is why I want to help brides ease the stress of their big day!
Meet Meagan our Venue Manager/Wedding Day Coordinator
“Hello! I’m Meagan and I am joining the Twin Lakes family! I was born and raised here in West Texas where I now have started my own family. My husband and I were married here at Twin Lakes in 2021. I have a master’s degree from WBU and have previously spent many years working in public service. Although it wasn’t my day job, my true passion has always been creative work. It was a blessing my career path was changed with the arrival of our daughter last year and I am so glad it has brought me here. I love to work hard and build beautiful things. I am eager to be a part of all the wonderful moments being built here at Twin Lakes! “
Meet Brittney ~ Social Media
Hello, everyone! I’m Brittney and I’m now a team member of Twin Lakes!
I love meeting new people and getting to know their stories, so here is just a little snippet of my own story. I graduated with my Master’s in Healthcare Administration two years ago and after working for UMCP for four years, I have decided to start working for my mom here at Twin Lakes.
There are a million different reasons as to why I made this life-changing choice; but the first reason is the joy of my life, who entered this world back in February. Her name is Bryer Layne and she is my first baby! She has made such a big impact in my life and she is only a few months old. Now with working for my mom, I can spend more time with her and be able to watch her grow up! “And though she be but little, she is fierce.”
I also decided to come work at Twin Lakes because I enjoy helping people on one of the most important days of their life AND I get to see the joy that then enters their life, as well.
Meet Dorothy

Hi everyone, my name is Dorothy I’m a team member at Twin Lakes!
I love hearing your stories so here is a little about me. I am now retired and loving it. I worked at a hospital for 20 years, then at a daycare for 4 years. I have now joined my daughter at Twin Lakes. I help with the daily tasks that are needed to make sure the Bride and Groom have a carefree wonderful wedding. I also enjoy wedding days and seeing their smiling faces as I hand out beverages like lemonade in summer & hot chocolate in winter.
I have two amazing children one amazing son in love, three wonderful grandchildren, and two grandchildren in love, and very soon the newest member of our family our pride and joy my first great-granddaughter Bryer Layne & a new great-child on the way.
As it’s your wedding day we believe that trust and service go hand-in-hand.
